With DACVB’s meeting match service, you will receive competitive bids from the places that can best fit your needs. Generally, an easy-to-read bid packet with a summary arrives within a week. Of course, all of the detailed proposals, maps, tour suggestions are included. In a hurry? Just ask for express service and your bid will be emailed the next business day!

DACVB staff has over 65 years combined experience in the hospitality business and we know that each meeting has specialized needs. Each proposal sent out is customized and designed to give you all of the information you need, right at the beginning of the process. There are no surprises.

We're also a gateway for pre or post convention tours to our state's five National Parks, or to Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks about 5 hours to the north.
